Learning Styles Questionnaire
Learning is not a one-size fits all process, and we all have different preferences for how we approach and experience learning.
This questionnaire, developed by Peter Honey and Alan Mumford, will help you to understand your own learning style as well as to recognise ways in which others may learn differently.
This leads us to greater self-awareness, more effective relationships when working with others, and a greater appreciation of our own, and others’, strengths.
How it works
What happens next:
When you have submitted your responses, we will email you a summary showing your learning preferences and a description of each of the styles.
This will be treated confidentially and is only for the purpose of your own personal development.
If you have any questions, please email info@genpotential.com
How to complete the questionnaire:
- The questionnaire contains 80 questions
- If you agree with the statement tick the box
- If you disagree with the statement leave it blank
- This may take around 10-15 minutes to complete
- Your initial response is probably the best for the purpose of this exercise. Don’t spend too long thinking about any one item.
- There are no right or wrong answers so please answer honestly.
